What services do you offer landlords?

We offer tenant find, rent collection and fully managed services. Tenant find covers marketing, viewings, referencing and paperwork; fully managed takes care of everything from day one of the tenancy onwards, including maintenance, inspections and compliance.

Do you charge a withdrawal fee if I leave?

No. Some other agents charge around as much as one month's rent plus VAT to exit. We don't charge anything. We do ask for six months' notice, which gives us time to see the tenancy through properly. We rely on our level of service to keep landlords with our agency!

How much rent will my property achieve?

We'll give you a free rental valuation based on what's actually letting in your area, not what's sitting on the market unlet. Book a free, no-obligation valuation and we'll give you a realistic figure.

What compliance do I need to worry about?

Gas safety certificate, EICR, EPC, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, deposit protection and Right to Rent checks as a minimum. On a managed service we handle all of it and keep it up to date for you.

Do you handle HMOs and student lets?

Yes. We have staff dedicated solely to student lettings and we're experienced with HMO licensing and the additional standards that come with it.

I'm an investor. Can you advise on what to buy?

We can. We look at deals from the investor's side as well as the agent's - yield, void risk, tenant demand and what the property will actually cost to run.
